That life, which comes from the presence of God, together with a genuine warmth is what makes Taigum Community Church outstanding in the Australian context.

At Taigum we greatly value the manifest presence of God which has come about through being a 24/7 house of prayer. We are a church which loves to worship Jesus Christ in a free and unmasked manner. We seek, pray for, and honour the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit.

We enjoy the make-up of our church, which ranges in age from the many new-born to a few who are in their 90's. Our children's activities are legendary, the church having been started 40+ years ago as an outreach Kid's Club from a city church. Our youth are dynamic and committed, and our Senior's activities can be summed up in their name, "Senior's Alive!"
